Institutional Development Program

Institutional capacity building and development whose strategic objective is to strengthen organizational capacity to effectively and efficiently govern, lead and manage the country program by 60 % by 2025.

Due to years of political conflict in South Sudan, the human resource capital has been degraded. Institutional development is, therefore, an important program component as the success of other programs and projects shall be dependent on it. The capacity for management and implementation of programs and projects requires both technical and administrative competence which this component is envisaged to achieve.
